All the rules and conditions of operation and use of the WideProtect.com (S.C. Smart Axis s.r.l.) online store are in accordance with the laws in force in Romania.

1.  How I order the products

Online orders take precedence and guarantee the correct receipt of billing and delivery data.

In the order of takeover priority, orders may also be sent:

In order for the delivery to the courier to be the next day, the orders must be sent by 1.00 p.m. (GMT + 2).
For orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, delivery to the courier will be made on Monday.
If the payment of the order is made online by card or payment order, the delivery of the products to the courier is made within a maximum of 1 working day from the confirmation of receipt.

There is no minimum value for an order.

After completing the order through the online store, in some cases, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail by one of our operators who will establish with you the details of delivery and payment.

THE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS IS MADE EXCLUSIVELY BY FAST COURIER OR THE COURIER SERVICE OF THE NATIONAL MAIL. NO DELIVERIES ARE MADE FROM THE COMPANY HEADQUARTERS.

We offer the option to OPEN PACKAGE ON DELIVERY - the possibility to open the package and check if the ordered products are in perfect condition, before paying. This option is valid for both individuals and legal entities. This service is subject to additional charges and subject to certain terms and conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

2.  Method of payment

Payment for an order can be made by payment order, online by card or cash on delivery. Each payment method is subject to Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Payment with cryptocurrencies is not accepted, payment in installments is not accepted, payment in cash is not accepted except for the refund payment, payment that will be made strictly to the representative of the courier company once the order is delivered.

2.1  Payment with Payment Order
Payment by Payment Order is made only on the basis of the proforma invoice issued by S.C. Smart Axis s.r.l. (WideProtect.com) and sent by e-mail, following the order launched by you.
The proforma invoice will contain the bank account in which the payment will be made.

2.2  Online payment by bank card (full payment)
Online payment by bank card (personal or company) is made through the EuPlatesc platform, in complete security conditions. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro).



Payment in installments online by card is NOT accepted.

After confirming the order, you will be directed to the EuPlatesc page where you must provide the card details - the card code (all digits on the front of the card, no spaces), the expiry date, the last three digits on the back of the card written on the tape with your signature - and to complete the transaction. Card data processing is done exclusively through the EuPlatesc platform. We do not request or store any details regarding your card.
There is no additional charge for online payment.
Payments made with business/professional cards, or cards issued in countries outside Romania, are commissioned by Visa/Mastercard with an interchange fee of 2%, applied to the value of the order.

Please note that both our company - S.C. Smart Axis s.r.l. (WideProtect.com) - as well as the online payment operator - EuPlatesc:

  • NEVER ask for your card's password or PIN;
  • He will NEVER request by e-mail or SMS the reconfirmation of your data;
  • It will NEVER require synchronization/resynchronization of the payment token;
  • It will NEVER require the security image to be entered in writing.

If you have any doubts about an e-mail or SMS of this type, we recommend that you close it immediately and delete it permanently.

2.3  Cash
Payment in cash, is made to the courier company's agent, upon delivery of the products to you. The cash payment fee is 1.3 euro (VAT included)/order.

Cash on delivery is accepted only for orders delivered in Romania. For what will be delivered outside the Romanian territory, you must choose another payment method.

3.  Delivery of products

3.1  Product delivery
After completing the order through the online store, products in stock (excluding electronically licensed products, they are delivered exclusively through the courier service offered by companies or by national mail. Please check twice if the address Delivery provided by you is correct.

The products in stock are delivered to the courier within a maximum of 1 working day, from the order confirmation. For the rest of the products that are not in stock, the delivery takes place at the deadline agreed with the customer.

All products are new and delivered in the original packaging of the manufacturer. Upon delivery, the products will be accompanied by the original accessories (if applicable) of the Warranty Certificate and the Fiscal Invoice. Sometimes, as the case may be, the Warranty Certificate, Fiscal Invoice, as well as additional information about the installation and configuration of the product (if applicable), will be sent by e-mail. Because this e-mail is transmitted automatically, sometimes the e-mail may be misinterpreted by antivirus programs or the e-mail client used, thus being stored in SPAM or JUNK. Please check if the email has been entered in SPAM or JUNK.

Sometimes, depending on the case, the Warranty Certificate is provided directly by the manufacturer and is inside the original packaging with which the product was delivered.
If you have not received the Guarantee Certificate and / or the Fiscal Invoice upon delivery of the order or by e-mail, please contact us urgently.

In case of online payment by card or payment order, the delivery of the products to the courier is made within a maximum of 1 working day from the confirmation of collection. In case of cash on delivery, the delivery of the products to the courier is made within a maximum of 1 working day.

Shipping charges are not included in the price of the products, they depend on the weight of the package and the destination.

In the case of courier deliveries, it is recommended that after receiving the order, the product (s) or packaging be checked for physical defects caused by transport. It is recommended that the verification be made as soon as possible after receiving the order (maximum 24 hours), and the notification made within 24 hours from receipt to the e-mail address: contact@wideprotect.com The notification must contain information about the order , about the condition of the product and 3-5 pictures of the product / packaging showing any problems (damage, non-compliance). Notifications made later than 24 hours from the receipt of the order will not be taken into account.
In order to request possible compensations from the courier company, you can check the integrity of the returned product in the presence of the courier agent and we recommend that you request the conclusion of a finding report.

NOTE: Delivery delays may occur due to: out of stock in the store, internal technical problems or external factors. The delivery time may be extended in such situations up to a maximum of 30 calendar days.

3.2  Delivery of electronically licensed products
After completing the order through the online store, in the case of products with electronic license (cd-key, activation code, etc.), they are delivered exclusively by e-mail and are not stored on our server. Please double-check that the email address you provided is correct.
The electronic license (cd-key, activation code, etc.), the address where the purchased product can be downloaded online, as well as additional information about the installation and configuration of the product (if applicable) and the tax invoice will be sent by e-mail.
Because this e-mail is transmitted automatically, sometimes the e-mail may be misinterpreted by antivirus programs or the e-mail client used, thus being stored in SPAM or JUNK. Please check if the email has been entered in SPAM or JUNK.

Regardless of the payment method used, the delivery of electronic licenses is made within a maximum of 24 hours from the confirmation of receipt. Usually, but not always, electronically licensed products can be used without the introduction of the license for a period ranging from 1-10 days, so in such cases, the product can be used immediately by the customer, it is not affected by the time interval until the time of receipt of the electronic license.

3.3  Delivery methods

3.3.1  Delivery by express courier
Using the service offered by express courier companies, the products reach you within an average of 2 working days for deliveries in Romania and within an average of 3 working days for deliveries outside Romania. If payment has been opted for by payment order, this period shall be calculated after confirmation of payment of the order.

The delivery of the orders on the Romanian territory is done through the express courier company, Fan Courier. In the coverage area of the courier company, the tariff is:

  • 5 euro (includes VAT) for the first kg / destination
  • 1.2 euro (includes VAT) for each additional kg

For orders over 250 euro, you benefit from FREE TRANSPORT on the Romanian territory (strictly in the coverage area of the Fan Courier courier company).
If the delivery is made outside the coverage of the courier company Fan Courier, an additional cost of 0.3 euro (VAT included) is applied for each km made in one direction.

If the delivery is made with cash on delivery, an additional cash refund fee of 5 lei (VAT included) / order is added. This rate does not apply if payment is made in advance on the basis of a proforma invoice.

3.3.2  Delivery by national post office
Using the service offered by the national post office, the products reach you within an average term of 5 working days for deliveries on the Romanian territory and within an average term of 45 working days for deliveries outside the Romanian territory. If payment has been opted for by payment order, this period shall be calculated after confirmation of payment of the order.

NOTE: The courier service provided by the national post office does not offer direct delivery to the customer, but requires the customer to pick up the order from a local national post office.

The delivery of orders both on the Romanian territory and outside the Romanian territory, which is done through the national post office, has a variable tariff that depends on the recipient's location and the size/weight of the package. This rate will be calculated and displayed in the ORDER FINISH process if the delivery option is chosen by national mail.

4.  OPEN PACKAGE ON DELIVERY option

At WideProtect.com you can open the package and check if the ordered products are in perfect condition before paying. This option is valid for both individuals and legal entities. This service is chargeable and in order to benefit from it, the customer must select the option: "PACKAGE CHECK" (in the shopping cart) when placing the order.
Through this service, we offer customers the opportunity to check the condition of the delivered product. This service does not give you the option to test / test the product.

The option "OPEN PACKAGE ON DELIVERY" is strictly valid for deliveries in Romania.

If the "PACKAGE OPENING ON DELIVERY" option is active on the AWB (transport note) of the package and the courier does not want to perform this service (citing various reasons), please refuse the order and we will take the situation and we are investigating why this service was not performed.

If after opening the package you find that the ordered product is not in perfect condition and shows signs of impact or other aesthetic problems, please decline the order. In case of refusal of the order, you must complete a Minutes of Finding, in the presence of the courier. The Finding Minutes can no longer be completed after the courier leaves.

If you paid online or with a payment order and after opening the package you decided to return the product, the amount paid will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made and strictly after the package arrives in WideProtect.com (S.C. Smart Axis s.r.l.).

5.  Warranty and Service

5.1  Warranty
Upon delivery, the products will be accompanied by the Warranty Certificate. If the Warranty Certificate is provided directly by the manufacturer, it is inside the original packaging with which the product was delivered. Sometimes, as the case may be, the Warranty Certificate will be sent by e-mail. Because this e-mail is transmitted automatically, sometimes the e-mail may be misinterpreted by antivirus programs or the e-mail client used, thus being stored in SPAM or JUNK. If you have not received the Warranty Certificate upon delivery of the order or by e-mail, please contact us immediately.

In the case of Warranty Certificates issued by the manufacturer, the loss of the Warranty Certificate entails the loss of the warranty.

Products with physical defects such as: blows, cracks, shards, burnt or cracked components / parts, etc., damaged, removed or modified warranty labels or seals, products used in inappropriate conditions (improper supply voltages, exposure to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, incorrect handling, use of products in conditions of humidity, dust, noxious substances or under the action of chemicals, etc.), incorrect settings and installations, defective sources, ungrounded sockets, penetration of liquids, metals or other substances inside the equipment, mechanical or plastic intervention on the products, connection or disconnection of certain components during the operation of the equipment, viruses, incorrect rewriting of software, products for the installation of which the installation programs were used incorrectly or other drivers were used or programs than the original percum and disrespectful the conditions of installation, use and storage described in the product manual.
Installation or commissioning of products by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.

Software and electronically licensed products are not covered by the warranty.

5.2  Service during the warranty period
For products that have defects during the warranty period, the buyer will notify the seller, by email, at contact@wideprotect.com, with the subject: Defect produced during the warranty period.

The application must contain:

  • buyer data: name and surname, telephone, e-mail address used to order;
  • invoice number and date of issue of the invoice for the purchased product;
  • a description of the product defect.


Within a maximum of 1 working day, we will communicate to you by e-mail the address to which the defective product will be sent. Because this e-mail is transmitted automatically, sometimes the e-mail may be misinterpreted by antivirus programs or the e-mail client used, thus being stored in SPAM or JUNK. The product accompanied by the Warranty Certificate (original) and accessories will be sent to the address indicated. The costs of transporting the equipment under warranty, from the customer and back to the customer, will be borne by him.

If the request for warranty is unjustified (functional product), the applicant will pay the round-trip transport fees for the products and any diagnostic costs (set by the service unit).

CAUTION: Programs and information saved on storage media may be deleted during service operations. We recommend backing up your data. The customer is directly responsible for their loss.

The product warranty will be extended by the time the product has been in service during the warranty period.

The products not picked up from the service unit within 60 calendar days from the completion of operations and notification to the customer, will be declared abandoned and handed over to the collection centers, the seller not having any obligation to compensate the customer.

If the product in service during the warranty period can no longer be repaired, it will be replaced with a similar one or if it can not be replaced with a similar one, then WideProtect.com (SC Smart Axis srl ) will reimburse the customer the value of the product according to the tax invoice that was issued at the time of purchase of the product. Reimbursement of the amount will be made strictly to the bank account from which the customer made the payment. If that bank account is no longer valid, the customer will provide a new bank account and proof that he is the holder of that bank account. No cash is refunded.

5.3  Post-warranty service
For products that have defects, but the warranty period has expired, the buyer will notify the seller, by email, at contact@wideprotect.com, with the subject: Defect produced in the post-warranty period.

The application must contain:

  • buyer data: name and surname, telephone, e-mail address used to order;
  • a description of the product defect.


Within a maximum of 1 working day, we will communicate by e-mail, the contact details for one or more service centers in your area where you can send the defective product for a possible repair. Because this email is transmitted automatically, sometimes there is a possibility that the email may be misinterpreted by antivirus programs or the email client used, thus being stored in SPAM or JUNK. WideProtect.com (S.C. Smart Axis s.r.l.) assumes no responsibility or warranty for the services provided by third parties or the recommended service centers. The customer has the obligation to obtain additional information about the chosen service center.
